Since its inception in 1998 with one key brand and a turnover of £4.8 million, the Group has grown substantially and now operates in thirteen key sectors – with over eighty events and websites, twenty-five publications, and an annualised turnover of over £50 million.
Tarsus is operational worldwide with over 180 staff in offices in Dublin, London, Paris, Milwaukee, Boca Raton (Florida), Peterborough (New Hampshire), Dubai, Shanghai and New Delhi, and over 60 staff in Central and Western China through a joint venture with Hubei Hope Exhibition Company Ltd.
The Tarsus strategy is to build a business that facilitates the development of relationships between buyers and sellers, helping them to do business in their respective markets efficiently and profitably. Tarsus seeks to achieve this by owning and managing the key exhibitions, conferences, print and online media in each sector in which it operates.

Tarsus has six principal business sectors: aviation, medical, labels and packaging, discount clothing (Off-Price), France and online media. Tarsus operates across many geographical regions and markets, including the Americas, Europe and in emerging markets (the Middle East, China, India, and South America).
Tarsus has leveraged its strengths in developed markets to construct a portfolio in the emerging markets of the Middle East, China, India and South America. These economies will be at the forefront of the economic recovery and Tarsus has established a strong local presence in these geographies.
Labels & Package Printing
Tarsus operates the world’s leading events for the label industry, including Labelexpo exhibitions and Label summits in Europe, the Americas, India and Asia. Gulf Print & Pack is the Middle East and North Africa’s top event for the commercial and package printing sectors. In addition Tarsus publishes magazines, newsletters and technical books for the industry.
Tarsus operates a portfolio of leading exhibitions in this sector in the Middle East. Through its F&E Aerospace division it is one of the most influential names in the aerospace industry’s event sector, and its flagship event – The Dubai Airshow – is the third largest aviation event in the world.
Through its division in France, Tarsus organises a series of niche exhibitions in the IT, marketing, educational, facilities management, finance and clothing accessories sectors. The company also has a portfolio of publishing and online products with a wide range of trade directories that support its exhibitions portfolio.
Tarsus organises worldwide events and certification programmes in the field of anti-aging and preventive medicine. Anti-aging events target a wide range of medical professionals providing them with opportunities to see and learn about the latest scientific research and the most recent medical and surgical advances for the prevention and treatment of the degenerative effects of aging.
Tarsus organises a series of events dedicated to the off-price (or discount) clothing and accessories industries in the USA. These events are supported by Off-Price Apparel, the premier trade magazine for the industry. The off-price business is growing in the USA and elsewhere, especially with the increase in demand for discount goods and the explosion of out-of-town shopping malls.
