Neville Buch
Chairman

Neville Buch BSc, joined the Company when it launched in 1998. He was previously Executive Chairman of Blenheim Group PLC, a leading international exhibition, publishing and conference company which was acquired by United News & Media plc for £593 million in 1996.

Douglas Emslie
Group Managing Director

Douglas Emslie BAcc (Hons) CA, joined the Company when it launched in 1998 as Finance Director, becoming Group Managing Director in 2000. Prior to joining Tarsus he held senior management positions at Blenheim Group Plc and after its takeover, United Business Media plc. He was Chairman of the Association of Event Organisers 2009-2011 and Chairman of the Events Industry Alliance in 2010. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Dan O'Brien
Group Finance Director

Dan O’Brien MA, ACA joined the company in July 2011. Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in 1991 he has held the role of CFO at TV production company Shine Group and at the listed B2B publisher Huveaux plc. He also held senior finance roles at Hanson plc, computer games company Eidos and Digital Theatre.

Clive Smith
Chairman, Labels Group

Clive Smith (Chairman of Labels Group) , joined the Company in June 1998. He has been in the exhibitions industry for all of his working life and is the founder of the Labelex Group of companies. He joined United Trade Press Limited in 1966 as a sales manager in its exhibition division. He left that company in 1974 to set up his own business, Clive Smith & Associates. In 1979 he established Labelex to incorporate the exhibition interests of that business and to launch the Labelex exhibition in the United Kingdom.

Gary Marshall
CEO Asia

Gary Marshall  FCA, joined the Company in March 2010 to lead the Group’s operations in Asia. Gary spent 11 years at United Business Media ('UBM') where for six years he was CEO of their Asian B2B business. He led the business from its small initial base and built it into one of the leading Asian international exhibition organizers through an active organic and acquisition strategy. Based in Hong Kong, the business developed a significant presence in Asia including a leading position in China. Following UBM's $920 million acquisition of CMP Media in 2000 Gary relocated to New York to become President and CEO of CMP Media and Chairman of the Asia operations. He left UBM in 2005 and then joined IDG Inc., the world's leading technology media, events and research company, as Director of International Business Development. At IDG he focused primarily on building their Asian and Middle Eastern businesses.

Roger Pellow
Director, Labels Group

Roger Pellow BEd (hons), joined Tarsus in 2001, and heads up the Group's label division which runs nine Labelexpo events across the globe and publishes the market leading magazine, Labels and Labeling. Prior to this, Mr Pellow worked at CMPi (part of United Business Media plc) where he was Sales Director of the UK Division.

Romuald Gadrat
President, Tarsus France

Romuald Gadrat (President, Tarsus France), joined the Group in 2005 when it acquired his exhibition business, Heavent, the leading French exhibition for the events industry. Heavent is now one of the Group's largest events. A Director of the French Division since November 2007, Romuald was promoted to President of Tarsus France in January 2009.

Clive Richardson
Chief Executive Officer, Fairs & Exhibitions

Clive Richardson has 25 years of B2B media experience in both publishing and events, and has recently returned to Fairs & Exhibitions where he previously held the role of CEO for the Aerospace Division from 2000 to 2005. In his new role, Clive focuses on strategically growing the Group's portfolio of events as well as corporate management and direction.

Steve Krogulski
Chief Executive Officer, Tarsus Expositions USA

Steve Krogulski directed the Labelexpo Americas event from February 1995 until 2006. As CEO for Tarsus USA, he has played a critical role in leading the company's expansion into new industry sectors including Packaging and Anti-Aging Medicine. Prior to joining Tarsus, Stephen worked for the Marriott Corporation.

Simon Smith
Company Secretary

Simon Smith BSc (Hons) MSc ACIS was appointed Company Secretary of the Company on 3 November 2009.  An Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators he has previously held company secretarial positions at PartyGaming plc, Associated British Foods plc, BG Group plc and KPMG.
