Off-Price Magazine
The off-price business is growing in the USA and worldwide, especially with the increase in demand for value-driven goods. Millions of dollars of business are transacted on-site. It is estimated that approximately 40% of the goods in the off-price apparel market are sourced or carried by the core group of exhibitors who display at every OFFPRICE Show. These vendors represent 60-70% of each OFFPRICE exhibition floor in Las Vegas, demonstrating that these events are “the nerve centre” of the off-price fashion industry. As apparel manufac- turers produce lower volumes in response to declines in the American economy, the OFFPRICE Shows have become even more critical to retailers seeking better margins in today’s value- driven market.
